{"id":323,"date":"2012-05-15T10:52:19","date_gmt":"2012-05-15T09:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neurosciencelab.psychologyresearch.co.uk\/?page_id=323"},"modified":"2012-07-12T10:53:20","modified_gmt":"2012-07-12T09:53:20","slug":"research-facilities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/neurosciencelab.psychologyresearch.co.uk\/?page_id=323","title":{"rendered":"Research Facilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Research facilities include<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An on-site, research-dedicated Siemens Trio MRI scanner (Combined Universities Brain Imaging Centre, CUBIC) that is currently undergoing a major upgrade<\/li>\n<li>Facilities for synchronising data collection with MRI scan acquisition<\/li>\n<li>A &#8216;mock&#8217; scanner for pre-scanning pilot work<\/li>\n<li>Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) facilities<\/li>\n<li>Several eye-movement trackers including an <a title=\"Eyelink 1000\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sr-research.com\/EL_1000.html\">Eyelink 1000<\/a>, associated software, and in future a mobile eye tracker in the very near future.<\/li>\n<li>Response boxes for collecting manual reaction time, some Cambridge Electronic Design 1401 AD units that can sample incoming waveforms with high temporal precision, and stimulus presentation software (&#8216;Presentation&#8217; from Neurobehavioral Systems).<\/li>\n<li>Extensive computing facilities (a set of Linux\u00a0analysis servers with several terabytes of storage capacity, several Matlab licenses, a backup server, and tape backup facilities).
